After relocating from Los Angeles to the Nashville area, the homeowners acquired a 1990s home in Franklin, Tennessee that required a full-scale interior renovation and thoughtful layout reimagining. Our design team reconfigured the existing floor plan to introduce modern functionality, including a practical mudroom, a dedicated laundry space, and a custom walk-in pantry, without sacrificing the open, airy sensibility the clients brought with them from the West Coast.

The resulting interior design strikes a beautifully balanced transitional aesthetic with an unmistakable California Cool influence. Light oak hardwood floors anchor each space with warmth and texture, while a bold palette of deep blues adds drama and depth throughout.
